JAG Results - From Coach Barbara
Swim Friends - Coach Barbara has provided us with a very thorough breakdown of the successful weekend.
The JAG Championships are designed for AA and A swimmers to experience competition within their time standards at a developmental championship meet. The eight swimmers supported each other and grew as individuals; as they experienced success, faced their fears and had challenges. Parents were tremendous in providing positive energy and encouragement for all of the ASC swimmers.
